A: You should contact the merchant who sold you the product. Since we don’t actually sell the products on our site, we don’t have access to that information. However, to make things easier for you, we have provided you with the contact info for almost all of the stores we’re affiliated with.

Q: Where can I find that information?

1-Go to the Dealwiki Merchant Directory Page
2-Find the store you’re inquiring about.
3-Click on the link to the affiliate page we’ve created for that merchant
4-Once you arrive on the affiliate page look at the left-hand side of the page and you will (most likely) find the merchant’s contact info, directly underneath the snippet we’ve written about the store.

Q: How can I access the merchant’s website directly from the page?

A: You should take a look in the general vicinity of the merchant’s contact info, and you’ll see a link to the merchant ’s own website.

Q: Do I have to sign in or open an account to make a purchase?

A: You don’t have to sign in or open an account. You can start saving big with our discounts and promotions, as soon as you log on to our site

Q: Do I need to enter any personal or contact info into your website?

A: You don’t need to enter any of your information ‒ even your first name‒ into our website

Q: How can I tell if a deal is still valid or has already expired?

A: Look underneath the product description and you will see the promo code’s expiration date.
However, due to the sheer volume of deals that we offer, we may not be able to remove every deal the minute it expires. If you happen to come across a deal that’s already expired, we would greatly appreciate if you were to notify us about the deal’s expiration by clicking the “report expired” icon (see next question).

Q: How can I update you that a deal is expired?

A: You can update us about expired deals by clicking on the red link underneath the picture of the product.

Q: How can I be notified of your latest deals without going on your website?

A: You should sign up for our daily email alerts by entering your email in the sign up box on the right side of the website.

Q: What should I do if I signed up for your daily emails but I still don’t see it in my inbox?

1-You should go to your Spam folder and check if the email was mistakenly labeled as Spam. If you find our email alerts page in your Spam box you should click on the button on the left that says”Unblock sender”and then click on the button on the right that says”Move to Inbox”
2-If you look in our spam folder and you don’t see our emails, you should wait a day or two, to allow our system to process your request.
3-If you still don’t see our emails after a day or two, please let us know and we will manually subscribe you to our email list.

Q: What should I do if I change my mind and don’t want to receive your emails anymore?

A: You should click on the Unsubscribe link on the bottom of any of the emails we sent you. \l

Q: What should I do if I unsubscribed from your emails, but i’m still seeing them in my Inbox?

1-You should wait a day or two, to allow our system to process your request.

Q: I came across a few coupons that say “PROMO CODES EXPIRED, MIGHT STILL WORK”. Why should I click on a Promo Code that officially expired?

1-When you click on the blue button that says “Shop Sale” there’s a very good chance that you’ll see similar discounts that the merchant is still offering.
2-When you click on the “COPY CODE”, every now and then you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see that the promotion is actually still going on.
